My new favorite way to enjoy pasta night with the family! I can twirl my zoodles while they slurp their noodles :)

Ingredients

1-3
zucchini, julienned
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
garlic, minced

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up several large zucchini into long strips (I use my julienne peeler)... you can even peel off the green skin for a more authentic looking "noodle".

Saute’ them quickly in a bit of olive oil., salt and minced garlic. Toss until tender. Remove from pan and place in serving dish

Top with your favorite pasta sauce and ENJOY!
