Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
2 medium
onios finely chopped
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes(14 oz)
2 can(s)
tomatoe sauce (8oz)
1 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 c
elbow macaroni
4
scalloins thinly sliced

Step-By-Step

1heat a large nonstick stewer, lightly coated with cooking spray, over med-high heat. add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until it loses pinknees about 2 min. add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions soften, 5 min. add the tomatoes, tomatoes,tomato sauce, chicken broth, soysauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder , and bring to a boil. reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for20 min.

2stir in the macaroni and let simmer stirring frequantly until tender, about 15 min. let stand 15 min before serving topped with scallions
