if using chicken make sure you cube or strip your chicken so it cooks evenly this recipe is a hit at my house everyone loves it

Ingredients

2 c
rotini pasta uncooked
1/2 lb
italian sausage or ground beef, or diced ckicken
1 pkg
baby spinach
1 can(s)
tomatoes, canned italian style with juice
1 c
kraft mozzarella cheese with a touch of philadelphia
2 tsp
kraft grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta in LARGE saucepan as directed on package omitting the salt

2Meanwhile cook meat rather it the sausage or beef or chicken in deep large skillet on med high heat 10/12 mins or until done. drain meat and return to skillet, add your spinach and tomatoes and cook for 2 mins or until spinach is wilted stirring occasionally.

3DRAIN your pasta and add your meat mixture and your cheeses, Mix lightly and enjoy :)
