Tomato-Protabella-Shrimp Pasta

terri fields

This all fresh healthy recipe I discovered when I sauted' garlic & vine tomatos and portabella mushroom in a skillet w/EVOO, and salt/pepper then adding some black olives, basil and shrimp & cooked until shrimp were pink. I boiled angel hair added the fresh tomato mixture over the angel hair and topped with shredded basil and asiago cheese.
My mother and I enjoy this and my daughter repeats this recipe in North Carolina where she lives. My 90 year Italian Grandma approves of the all fresh ingredients I used.
