This is a recipe from my great-grandmother, on my father's side. My Granma still makes this recipe and it's a great one (especially for those who aren't a fan of spaghetti sauce!)

Pan Fry

Ingredients

1 pkg
pepperoni
3 or 4
pork chops
1
garlic clove
1 medium
onion
1 qt
tomatoes
2 can(s)
tomato paste
3/4 tsp
oregano
3/4 tsp
sweet basil
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Fry pork chops until brown, and add pepperoni, garlic and onion. Fry together for 3 or four minutes. Add salt and pepper.
2Add tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
3Add oregano, sweet basil, and tomato paste and 4 cans of water. Cook about 1hr on med to low.
