Simple pasta w/ sauteed veggies.

It's simple, but healthy and you can use a variety of veggies.

Ingredients

8 oz
bow-tie pasta
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1
zuchinni, chopped
1
yellow squash, chopped
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 large
onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta as directed, drain and keep warm.

In lg skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add zuchinni, squash, garlic and onion. Saute until tender.

Toss veggies w/ pasta. Season w/ salt and pepper.
