This is one of those "feel good" recipes. A healthy stir fry over angel hair pasta.

Ingredients

2
bell peppers (green and red)
1 pkg
skinner angel hair pasta
1 stick
unsalted butter
1 tsp
lawry's garlic salt
1/2
purple onion
1 lb
shrimp / peeled and devained
1/2 clove
garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

slice onion and bell pepper and throw in stove top skillet or wok (med. heat) with 1 stk. butter and garlic. * SUB BUTTER WITH EVOO for healthy alternative *

Cook until tender.

Add Shrimp, garlic salt and stir fry until shrimp is pink and cooked.

Boil water and Add angel hair pasta.

Once all steps are completed, plate it.

Pasta and then shrimp with vegetables, and pour remaining sauce on top.

I usually serve this with buttered asparagus spears.
