This is a low Vitamin K dish. only vitamin k in it is the basil and capers. It is so tastily. I use this on MY CURVES COMPLETE DIET. If you have a little Vitamin K in your day try to remember to have the same amount of Vitamin K in mg in your daily diet. enjoy!

Ingredients

4 oz
chicken breast
1 oz
pasta-whole wheat
1 oz
cherry tomatoes
1 oz
yellow tomatoe
2 large
green olives
2 Tbsp
red onions
2 Tbsp
basil, fresh
1 tsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
hummus
1 Tbsp
capers
1
lemon
1 Tbsp
feta cheese
1/2 Tbsp
nuts-pine
2 large
black olives

Step-By-Step

1In a sauce pan boil and shred Chicken Breast.
2Prepare Pasta according to Package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well
3Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
4slice onion and chop basil.
5Squeeze 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice from lemon and 1 tablespoon of zest from the lemon.
6To get the zest of lemon by grating the lemon peeling.
7Gently toss all ingredients together with Chicken and pasta. Refrigerate four 1 hour. serves with 1 side. ENJOY
