Italian Seasoning Mix (salt free)
Most recipes I found call for Marjoram. I always forget to pick it up so my recipe does not use it. I also don't add salt but feel free to use them in yours.
And as always adjust to fit your taste.

- 1/2 c
- dried basil
- 1/4 c
- each garlic powder, onion powder and oregano
- 1/8 c
- each dried thyme and parsley
- 2 Tbsp
- each dried rosemary and sage
- large pinch
- red pepper flakes
1Place all ingredients in an oversized air tight container. Shake vigorously to mix. (I use old clean jelly or pickle jars.)
Store as you would other herbs and spices.
