Italian Seasoning Mix (salt free)

This is the recipe I keep on hand and use in many dishes...Italian or not.
Most recipes I found call for Marjoram. I always forget to pick it up so my recipe does not use it. I also don't add salt but feel free to use them in yours.

And as always adjust to fit your taste.

pinch tips: How to Mince Garlic



No-Cook or Other


1/2 c
dried basil
1/4 c
each garlic powder, onion powder and oregano
1/8 c
each dried thyme and parsley
2 Tbsp
each dried rosemary and sage
large pinch
red pepper flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients in an oversized air tight container. Shake vigorously to mix. (I use old clean jelly or pickle jars.)

Store as you would other herbs and spices.
