Another great pasta dish with a killer sauce that you will love! Change the pasta to one you like better if you don't want fettuccine.

Ingredients

12 oz
fettuccine pasta (may substitute your choice)
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 lb
ground chuck
6 clove
garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 can(s)
(28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1/4 c
dry white wine
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, red pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.

Add the tomatoes and wine to the skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

Add the sauce and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan to the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan before serving.
