A fantastic and versatile recipe! I had a handful of ingredients I wanted to combine into a casserole-type-meal. I adapted this to fit my slightly different ingredients (1 can of fire roasted tomatoes, a huge zuchinni, 1/2 lb Italian turkey sausage, fresh basil, whole wheat rotini pasta) plus added a little cream cheese to make it creamy. Left out the Worchestershire and Mrs. Dash. I squirted in a bit of ketchup to make the tomato flavor pop a little more. Used random cheeses on-hand including freshly shredded co-jack, white cheddar, asiago, and parmesan. YUM!!!!! This would obviously be just as delicious as-written. The bones of this recipe are great :)
