chopped turkey (or beef if u prefer)
1 medium
green pepper, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 clove
garlic, chopped
1 can(s)
tomatoes, chopped (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (i use rotel hot tom. sauce)
1 can(s)
tomato paste
1/2 tsp
dried basil
2 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
s & p to taste
1 lb
rotelle pasta (or any small pasta)

Directions Step-By-Step

HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SAUTE PAN AND ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS AND GARLIC AFTER 3 MINUTES ADD CHOPPED TURKEY AND COOK UNTIL ALMOST COOKED THRU...ANOTHER 3 MINUTES.

ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE AND DRIED BASIL TO MEAT MIXTURE... MIX AND COVER AND LET SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. WHILE THIS IS SIMMERING PREPARE PASTA.

WHEN MEAT SAUCE HAS FINISHED SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER THEN ADD PARMESAN CHEESE MIX AND SERVE OVER COOKED PASTA....ENJOY :)
