The recipe is actually called Campbell's Creamy Beef, Carrot and Noodle Stroganoff but there wasn't enough room.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion, diced about (1 cup)
2 can(s)
campbell's cream of mushroom soup
2 c
water
2 c
frozen crinkle-cut carrots, thawed
2 c
uncooked med egg noodles
1/2 c
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook the beef and onion in a 12 inch skillet until the beef is well browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Pour off any fat. Spoon the beef mixture into a 13x9x2 inch(3 qrt) shallow baking dish. Stir the soup, noodles, water, carrots and sour cream into the dish. cover.

Bake at 375 degree F for 30 mins or until hot and bubbly.
