small whole wheat tortilla (100 calorie) or 1/2 of a larger tortilla
1/2 c
canned black or pinto beans, rinsed
1 oz
low fat shredded cheese (your choice)
1/2 c
shredded lettuce
1/2 c
chopped tomato

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the beans on the tortilla & sprinkle cheese on top. Toast in toaster oven or bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Sprinkle lettuce & tomato on top. Wrap up into a burrito or eat open-faced.
