Ingredients

2 pkg
14oz tofu firm, non gmo (mashed)
4 Tbsp
mckays chicken style instant seasoning & broth
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
4
eggs (lightly beaten)
5 c
rice krispies cereal
1/2 c
oil
1 c
chopped walnuts

SAUCE FOR TOP

1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
water
1 c
ketchup

Step-By-Step

1Mash tofu with a potato masher.

2Combine remaining ingredients to tofu and mix well.

3Pour into lightly greased oblong 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

4For the Sauce:
Combine brown sugar and water, mix until sugar dissolves. Add ketchup and mix until smooth.

5Pour sauce over loaf to cover the entire loaf.

6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
