Ingredients

1 pkg
extra firm tofu, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
teriyaki marinade
2 Tbsp
shiracha
1 Tbsp
garlic paste
1/4 stick
butter
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg
frozen stir fry veggies
2 large
portobello mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces

Step-By-Step

1cut tofu into bite size pieces, wrap in paper towels for at least 30 mins...to get rid of excess water
2in a dish...combine soy sauce, teriyaki marinade, shirasha, garlic...
3place tofu and portobello mushrooms and marinade at least 15 mins.
4in a large saute pan...add the butter and olive oil...and brown the tofu and portobello mushrooms.
5defrost the stir fry veggies and add to them, finish by sprinkling with the toasted sesame seeds...serve over Jasmine rice....or just eat alone...sooo delightful
