Ingredients

1 c
bread crumbs, dry
1 tsp
salt
2 lb
sea scallops
4 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 c
white wine
4 Tbsp
lime juice
2 tsp
minced fresh parsley
2
garlic cloves, minced

Step-By-Step

1in a large reasonable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and salt. add scallops, a few at a time, and snake to coat.
2in a extra large skillet ovger medium-high heat, brown scallops in butter and oil for 2 minutes on each side or until firm and opaque. remove and keep warm. add the wine, lime juice, parsley and garlic to the skillet; bring to a boil. pour over skallops. serve
