Roasted Italian Winter Veggies

Great in the Fall of the year when the new Winter Veggies are just coming in.

Ingredients

3 large
carrots
1 large
zucchini
1 bunch
broccoli
1 medium
onion
5 clove
garlic
3 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
italian herb's, to taste.
sea salt, ground pepper

Step-By-Step

1Chop Veggies and toss w/ Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Let Stand for 30 Minutes.
2Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
3Bake 30 Minutes. Serve
