My Brother's Favorite Casserole

Zelda Hopkins Recipe

By Zelda Hopkins Zelda51

This was one of my Brother's favorite casserole. He would almost eat 1/2 of the casserole dish by hisself. He liked the frozen vegetables but he preferred the fresh veggies when they were in season. So I hope you enjoy the dish like he did.
