Ingredients

1 lb
elk burger(thawed)
1 sprig(s)
pineapple sage
1 Tbsp
fresh onion chive

Step-By-Step

1Chop pineapple sage leaf into small pieces, set to the side. Then chop(I use scissors) onion chives into small pieces.Add to elk burger and mix completely.
2Form into patties and grill until your desired doneness. Add sharp chedder cheese(optional) and let melt. Then enjoy!
