Mom's Hominy Casserole

A recipe from my mother. I am not a fan of hominy myself, but this is always a dish that is emptied at Thanksgiving when she makes it. Try it for yourself, and let everyone know!

Ingredients

1 16oz can(s)
white hominy, drained
1 16oz can(s)
yellow hominy, drained
1/2 lb
monterey jack cheese, grated
3/4 c
sour cream
1/4oz can(s)
diced chilies

Step-By-Step

1Mix cans of hominy, sour cream, and chilies in a bowl.
2Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
3Pour mixture in and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
