Ingredients

1 large
lobster
4 Tbsp
butter
1/2 tsp
minced green onions
1/2 tsp
minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c
cognac
3 Tbsp
heavy cream

Step-By-Step

1Split lobster in half lengthwise. Spread surface with butter mixed with green onions and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 425 degrees oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven; pour warmed cognac over and flame. Pour cream over and and return to oven briefly to blend pan juices. Makes 2 servings.
