1Slice and chunck potatoes into bite size pieces add to hot olive oil in large skillet, cook, covered, on med/high for 15 min turning frequently.
2Meanwhile, cut green pepper into bite size pieces and chop onion. Add to potatoes, continue to cook, covered on med while you slice kielbasa into bite size pieces.
3Add kielbasa, garlic and other spices to pan. Cook, covered until kielbasa is heated through. Serve warm with some fresh dinner rolls.
