Melissa's Story

My husband came up with this as he does with most of our meals. This quicly became a family favorite and everyone we serve it to just loves it. It can be varied to your liking.


1 pkg
polska kielbasa
green pepper
1 medium
6 medium
red potatoes
1/2 tsp
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste or creole seasoning
2 Tbsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice and chunck potatoes into bite size pieces add to hot olive oil in large skillet, cook, covered, on med/high for 15 min turning frequently.
Meanwhile, cut green pepper into bite size pieces and chop onion. Add to potatoes, continue to cook, covered on med while you slice kielbasa into bite size pieces.
Add kielbasa, garlic and other spices to pan. Cook, covered until kielbasa is heated through. Serve warm with some fresh dinner rolls.
