My grandma loves this soup, she calls it the end-of-the-week stew, we ate this for brunch on Saturday afternoons with johnny cakes or a half sandwich.

Ingredients For hambuger stew

  • 2 lb
    ground round
  • 2 pkg
    mxed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 pkg
    califlower
  • 1 pkg
    broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp
    tyme
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground pepper
  • 1 pkg
    sazon
  • 2 lg
    bay leaves, dried
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed red peppers
  • 2 box
    low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    small pasta noodles

How To Make hambuger stew

  • 1
    Brown ground beef, then add herbs spices, onion, ginger, garlic, crushed peppers, hot sauce, and stewed tomatoes and pasta.

    Add two containers of chicken broth and bay leaves, and bring to a boil.

    Lower heat, and simmer for 20 mins. Serve with cornbread
