1melt the butter. In a large pot combine half melted butter, 3 beaten eggs and all the ingredients into pot and cook until wilted and onions are translucent.
2In a 2" deep rectangular baking pan 10"x14" spread some of the melted butter all around bottom and sides. One by one take 10 sheets of phyllo dough layer them and allow them to overlap the sides of pan brush gently and lightly with butter. After you have done that process take all your wet ingredients spread gently throughout the pan and then again repeat the process with the remaining phyllo. After your done before you place in over drizzle water on top of the pie to allow it to become crispy when done.
3Place in oven on middle rack. Bake at 350* for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until golden brown
