Crust for Leg of Lamb

All our lamb eaters have truly liked this way of cooking the lamb....

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
rosemary
1 c
chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper...or to taste
1 Tbsp
garlic powder..or to taste

PART 2

egg
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl combine dry mixture...in another ...mix wet mixture
Dip the lamb into the wet mixture until completely and full covered

Roll the lamb in the dry mixture until completely covered....press into meat.....doing it a second time may be necessary if you want a thick crust
Bake at 350 degrees until desired doneness.....
