1 Tbspgarlic powder..or to taste

How To Make crust for leg of lamb

1In a large bowl combine dry mixture...in another ...mix wet mixture Dip the lamb into the wet mixture until completely and full covered Roll the lamb in the dry mixture until completely covered....press into meat.....doing it a second time may be necessary if you want a thick crust Bake at 350 degrees until desired doneness.....
