Crab Sweet Potato Stuffed Orange Peppers

- 4 oz oz
- lump crab meat
- 1 large
- sweet potato
- orange peppers
- 6 pinch
- old bay seasoning
- 2 tsp
- 1 sprig(s)
- italian flat leaf parsley
1Mix sweet potato ( cooled or left over, as I used) and 4 oz lumped crab meat or already made Wegmans Crab Cake into bowl. Mix Old bay, fined minced parsley into ingriedents.
2Clean and cut off tops of orange peppers...
3Fill peppers with mix and top with a pad of butter..
Prepare baking dish with peppers standing by cutting off bottom of pepper ( slightly) to stand and then wrapping each in tin foil and cover with foil.
Bake in 350 degree preheaded oven for 45 minutes.
