What is that kind of tapioca? Do you find it in the baking section? and what does it do to the stew? this ingredient is new to me, sorry. :)

I USE "KRAFT" MINUTE TAPIOCA
IT IS IN A RED BOX (WHERE I COME FROM)

I BELIEVE IT IS IN THE BAKING SECTION, YOU CAN FIND IT AT WALMART
IT IS NOT TAPIOCA PUDDING (WHERE YOU NORMALLY FIND THE BOX PUDDINGS)
THE TAPICOA HELPS TO THICKEN THE STEW.

HOPE YOU CAN FIND IT. GOOD LUCK

Love recipes this simple...beef stew is great comfort food! 2 quick questions: [1] Size can of V-8? The really small can, or soda-sized can? Wouldn't want to ruin a good thing by too little/too much liquid! [2] Is stew covered while baking, or not? THANKS for sharing this!
