Ingredients

1 lb
ground buffalo
2 oz
smoked cheddar diced into small pieces
1 can(s)
diced green chiles
1/4 c
red onion diced very small
2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
black pepper coarse ground
9 slice
avocado
3 slice
sweet onion
6 slice
tomato
6
baby lettuce leaves
1 Tbsp
horseradish mustard
3
cibatta rolls

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together cover with plastic wrap and set aside
2turn on broiler.
3make 3 patties out of buffalo mixture and place on broiler pan
4cook each side of the patties 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
5Cut buns in half and toast.
6spread mustard on buns, place burger on bun, dress burger as you please. I use avocado, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce
