Chili Tortillia Bake

This recipe I made the other night because I didn't have enough soup for two, and not one to get rid of anything I come up with this simple recipe. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

4 small
tortillas, flour
2 c
low fat mexican cheese blend shredded(devided)
11/2 c
recipe not so hot chili
1 large
tomato
2 c
lettuce chopped
1/2 c
low fat sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Warm tortillas slightly

2Put 1/4 cup of cheese down middle, add 1/4 cup chili on top of cheese roll up.

3Repeat with other three tortillas.

4Place in greased baking dish, if any chili is left spoon on top, sprinkle remaining cheese over tortillas.

5Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

6Serve with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
