This is an easy dish to make. It is good for lunch or a light dinner served with rice or a baked potato.

Ingredients

12 oz
backfin crabmeat1
1/2
green pepper, diced
1 large
tomato,diced
4 oz
v-8 tomato juice
1 c
celery, diced
1 Tbsp
ketchup
1 tsp
lemon juice
dash(es)
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients (except the crab) in a sauce pan and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes)
2Add crab and heat.
