clams, chopped

1/2 stick
butter
2 c
white wine
1 tsp
olive oil

garlic cloves, smashed
salt/pepper
chopped fresh parsley to top

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil...(this will prevent butter from burning)..on low

2add the rest of the ingredients (don't drain the clams in cans)except the parsley...cover and simmer for 15 mins..until all flavors combine and clams open.

3Garnish with parsley and serve over any pasta...or alone with crusty bread...
