Clams in Wine Garlic Sauce

chopped fresh parsley to top
In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil...(this will prevent butter from burning)..on low
add the rest of the ingredients (don't drain the clams in cans)except the parsley...cover and simmer for 15 mins..until all flavors combine and clams open.
Garnish with parsley and serve over any pasta...or alone with crusty bread...
