This is a recipe I found online and modified from skillet to slow cooker. I also tweaked the amounts from two servings to four servings.

Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 to 2 tsp
olive oil
4
boneless pork loin chops
1 large
onion, chopped or sliced
1
chopped sweet red pepper
2 c
shredded cabbage
1 large
tomato, chopped
1 c
chicken broth
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
paprika

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in a small amount of olive oil.

Place browned chops in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.

Cook on LOW setting, covered, for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH setting for 4 hours.
