Meat lovers bacon-wrapped pork loin

Ingredients

8 slice
bacon
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
dried oregano
2 lb
pork loin
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 400. Cook bacon in lg skillet,over med-high until cooked, but not crisp. Drain on paper towels and cool.

2Wrap pork loin w/ bacon slices, secure w/a couple toothpicks. In small bowl, mix together garlic powder, seasoned salt, basil and oregano. Slice pork between bacon slices, into medallions.

3Dip each pork medallion into seasonings. Melt butter and oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook medallions 4 mins on each side. Place medallions on a baking sheet and cook 15 mins.
