Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

4 lb
lean angus ground beef
2 lb
meadium to hot " heat " ground pork
3 can(s)
10 3/4 ounces - your favorite brand of tomato soup
3 medium
green bell peppers, diced fine
3 medium
red bell peppers, diced fine
3 medium
yellow onions, diced fine
1/2 c
spicy brown mustard
4 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
2 tsp
ground black pepper
12 clove
garlic - minced
plenty of hamburger buns, split

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook the beef and pork together in a stock pot over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.

Drain off any fat.

Combine the beef, soup, green peppers, red peppers, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper in a 7 quart Crock Pot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours* or until the vegetables are tender. Divide the beef mixture among the buns.
