Easy chicken cordon blue casserole

Another casserole my mom would make, and so yummy! I loved her casseroles, other than that she didn't cook many other things, my dad did the "big" cooking, lol.
, but we always loved her casseroles.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushrrom soup
1/4 c
mayonnaise, i used light mayo
3/4 c
milk
2 tsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 lb
cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 lb
thinly sliced ham, chopped.
6 slice
swiss cheese
1/2 c
plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour out 1/2 of mix into small bowl.

Stir chicken into lg bowl w/ remaining mix. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle ham over casserole. Place cheese slices on top to cover.

Pour remaining sauce over ham. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 mins, or until golden brown.
