Took the ribs out last night, went to donate blood, came home, seasoned, sealed in a pan, cooked from 3:30 until 6:30. The end results...OUTSTANDING!!!

rack of baby back lion ribs
longhorn grill seasonings
grill mates molasses bacon seasonings
cumin
paprika, sweet mild
emeril essence
a-1 sweet mesquite bbq rub
sylvia ' s great green season
liquid smoke
tony chachere creole seasoning
accent optional
1 / 2 c
brown sugar+ drippings for glaze

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine all dry ingredients into a rub and be generous on both sides. I lined a heavy bottom pan with heavy duty foil, placed the ribs in with 1/2 CUP of water and baked 3 hours. Make sure you have a tight seal.

The last 20 minutes I put a chunk of brown sugar in with a 1/2 CUP of the drippings, pour over the ribs and broiled on high 15 minutes until crispy.
