This is one of my favorite recipes from my mother in law--my husband asks me to make it at least once or twice a month. I like the tangy and spicy together..Hope you like it..

Ingredients

1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
2 large
eggs,beaten
1 c
salsa, you choose the heat
1/2 c
nacho cheese chips,crushed
1/2 c
each chopped, .bell pepper,onion and celery
1 small
jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
6 clove
garlic,minced
1/2 tsp
each pepper,italian seasoning and seasoned salt
1 lb
each ground pork and ground beef

CHEESE SAUCE

2 Tbsp
brown sugar
3 Tbsp
ketchup
1/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
topping:
combine the 3 ingredients . set aside

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 350^. Grease a 9x5 inch bread loaf pan;set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing well to combine evenly. Press into prepared pan.

Bake,for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160^. 10 minutes before removing from oven spread the cheese sauce over top and bake until cheese melts. Let meat loaf rest in pan for a few minutes before removing to platter and slicing.
