Went to my card making class called Stampin' Up and ran out of time to prepare dinner so I had to make something fast. This is a 30 minute meal and goes right to the table to serve...very filling and delicious too. Did you see all the yummy fresh spinach that goes in this one? Yumm

I added some goodies but original recipe comes from Ninja cookbook.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef, lean
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp
onion flakes, dehydrated
14 large
lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes, italian seasoned
24 oz
marinara sauce or your favorite sauce
1 1/2 c
water
9 oz
spinach, fresh

MIX CHEESES TOGETHER IN A BOWL

1 1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 c
ricotta cheese
1/3 c
parmesan & romano cheese

Step-By-Step

1Ninja Cooking System
2Place your beef into the Ninja Cooking System and set to stovetop high. Cook meat uncovered till brown, add your seasonings to the beef...about 10 minutes.
3Arrange broken noodles on top of meat and then pour your sauce, diced tomatoes and water over noodles. Set Ninja to STOVE-TOP MEDIUM.
4Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. --- (This is what it looks like when it is finished cooking.)
5Now add your delicious fresh spinach leaves.
6Stir them into the lasagna.
7Mix together your three cheeses.
8Add the cheeses to the lasagna.
9Mix it together to make it all cheesy good.
10You are ready to serve up this skillet lasagna w/some fresh sliced & buttered Italian bread.
