Ingredients

1 c
orzo pasta, uncooked
1 bunch
asparagus, fresh
2 Tbsp
sun dried tomato pesto
1 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
olive oil
3
garlic cloves
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1cook orzo until al dente(firm to taste)...rinse and set aside

2in a large pan add olive oil & butter on medium high..cut asparagus into bite size pieces and smash the garlic cloves..add to pan, saute about 5 mins.

3add in the Orzo & Sun Dried tomato pesto, stir , then finish with parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley
