Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
chili powder
1 can(s)
kidney beans drained
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 c
elbow macaroni uncooked
1/2 c
water
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
diced onion (option)

Step-By-Step

1In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onions are softened

2Add minced garlic, chili powder, beans, tomatoes, macaroni and water.

3Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until macaroni is tender.

4Add cheese and cover for 2 minutes until melted.
Serve immediately
