salt and pepper, roasted garlic & red pepper, garlic powder
Chop all the veggies into bite sized pieces. The ones listed are just a suggestion, add or delete to the list as preferred. We usually go with whatever is in season.
Mix all veggies in a large roaster. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice to taste. Top veggies with sausages.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 2 hours or until veggies are soft. Turn sausages after 1 hour to brown both sides.
