As Super Bowl Sunday approached, I kept on thinking of how I could do something different. This came to me in the middle of the night. It's an absolute winner combining popular football appetizers into one in a quiche!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Who would have thought that all of these different appetizers in one dish would be so good! You get all the different flavors in each bite. This is a great tailgating recipe especially for those games that start earlier in the day. This is a treat!

SPICES

freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch of garlic and/or basil, to taste
butter to saute onions

Step-By-Step

1This recipe makes two crustless quiches. (Believe me, you will need two).
Grease two 9 inch round pans & Preheat oven to 350
Make sure racks are in the middle.
2Saute onion in butter and beer until caramelized. Set aside.
3De-bone thawed wings and break into small pieces, slice each prepared mozzarella stick into four pieces, thaw sliders, discard buns and slice burger/onion into chunks, chop and de-seed jalapeno and prepare cheeses. Add sauteed onions. Divide the mixture between two pans.
4Dot with small, evenly spaced dollops of cream cheese then sprinkle with Pepper Jack and mozzarella cheeses. Thoroughly blend eggs, half-and-half and spices in blender and slowly pour over pans, dividing evenly between the two.
5Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top and cooked through (cook time will vary depending on your oven). ENJOY!
