This is an easy, healthy recipe, goes great with a ceasar salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients

1 large
salmon, steak
1 & 1/2 stick
butter
1 large
tomato (diced)
1 large
lemon (squeezed)
4 Tbsp
capers
to taste
garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350° and foil a baking pan

2Wash salmon and place on baking pan (skin side down) and season

3Place butter on top of salmon, cover with foil and bake approximately 15 minutes

4Remove from oven, uncover and baste, then pour lemon juice over the top, add tomatoes and capers

5Bake uncovered an additional 20-25 minutes (depending on size of salmon) basting occasionally
