This quick and easy fish entree is spicy and savory. I serve it with home made pinto beans, but any starch will do.

Pan Fry

Ingredients

1 lb
fish filets, your choice
1/2 large
white onions
1 1/2 large
tomato
1/4 c
cilantro, fresh
2 large
serrano chiles
3 oz
olive oil, extra virgin
3 oz
red wine vinegar
2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 Tbsp
lemon pepper
1 tsp
red chili powder
3/4 tsp
cumin
1 Tbsp
garlic
2 Tbsp
lime juice

PICO DE GALLO

Directions Step-By-Step

Marinade any fish in honey mustard dressing, salt & pepper to cover while chopping Pico de Gallo.

Chop each ingredient and add to a bowl, then toss like a salad.

Place in frig while pan frying fish. I use coconut oil, (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan), to fry for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side.

Top fish with Pico de Gallo & serve with a starch. I serve with home made pinto beans.
