Lime Crusted Fish

- orange roughy filets ( or your favorite white fish)
- 1 c
- lime flavored tortilla chips(ground very fine)
- 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of one lime
1Pour lime juice over fish filets.
2Grind tortilla chips in a food processor until they are very fine.
3Stir in cumin, paprika and zest
4Bake for 12 minutes at 450. ( baking time will very with the variety of fish you use)
