Avocado Mozzarrella Salmon

I got tired of eating the same ole baked salmon so I came up with this. My mom loves salmon and we have it all the time.

Ingredients

2-4 medium
salmons
1 large
lemon cut in half
olive oil, extra virgin
dash(es)
garlic powder
dash(es)
lemon pepper
1/2
avocado
2 clove
garlic minced seperatly
1 Tbsp
mayo perferably miracle whip
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 c
mozzarella cheese shredded
2 tsp
parsley flakes or freshly chopped

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Squeeze half a lemon on salmon and lightly bathe salmon in olive oil on both sides.
3Sprinkle garlic powder and lemon pepper on both sides of salmon, place on baking sheet and set aside.
4Add avocado, 1 minced garlic clove, mayo, salt & pepper and squeeze other half of lemon in a small bowl until it is nice and smooth, spread onto the salmon.
5Add cheese on top of each salmon generously making sure to cover all the avocado.
6Sprinkle other minced garlic clove and parsley on top.
7Put in oven for about 15-20 minutes. or until salmon is nice and flaky but juicy when you stick a fork in it.
8Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side dish.
9Enjoy!
