salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
For each fillet, sprinkle evenly with : 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. ginger, and 1/3 tsp. parsley flakes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the fillets in the skillet.
Cook for about 4 minutes. Then turn the fillet s over. Cook another 3 minutes or until done. It should feel firm to the touch.
