- 3 c
- cooked rice, your choice
- 2 large
- boneless grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium
- spicy brats, thin sliced (i used johnsonville
- 1 small
- each, bell pepper and onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp
- each, cumin and a-1 sweet mesquite dry rub
- 1/2 pt
- mushrooms, or what's left in the fridge
- 1 jar(s)
- 15 oz. medium queso
- 1 stick
1Gather all ingredients, cook rice according to directions.
2Rinse stove top rice of your own to remove excess starch. The butter and queso will make it creamy.
3Add other ingredients one at a time, stirring after each addition.
4Heat thru and serve.
