Ingredients

1 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp
fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce

garlic cloves, minced

boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
cooking spray

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare grill. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Poke chicken with a fork to help it absorb the marinade. Add chicken to the bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes - longer if desired.

Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
